This is me in 1988!! Newly ordained and giving a talk on the FWBO Day Festival in Glasgow City Hall.

Since then I’ve given a lot of talks but only started recording them in last few years. These days it’s pretty easy to get a reasonable quality of recording and then make talks and led meditations available on-line. As of 2008 I upload my recordings to Free Buddhist Audio and then use what’s archived there to let you listen or download direct from this website.
